Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Krismo (“Kriyum-SMO”, the “Service”), provided by Dezynum Software Services OPC Pvt Ltd under the WeYug brand (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

1. The Service

Krismo is a social media operations tool that lets you compose or AI-generate content and publish it to the social platforms you connect, and then verifies publication. Features, supported platforms, and limits may change over time. Availability of a platform depends on that platform’s API and policies and may be added, restricted, or removed.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at info@weyug.com.

3. Subscriptions, billing & AI credits

• Creating an organization, brands, and platform integrations is free.
• An active subscription is required to create posts and concepts and to publish. Plans, prices, and included AI credits are shown on our pricing page and may change on renewal.
• AI credits are consumed when you generate text, image, or video content. Credits included with a plan are for use during the applicable period; top-up credits may be offered separately.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Unless required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable. You authorize recurring charges for subscription plans until cancelled.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the content and media you create or upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and publish Your Content solely to operate the Service as you direct — including sending it to the social platforms and AI providers needed to fulfil your requests. You are responsible for having all rights and permissions necessary to publish Your Content.

5. Third-party platforms

The Service connects to third-party platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Pinterest, Bluesky, Telegram, Reddit). Your use of each platform is subject to that platform’s own terms and policies, and you must comply with them. We are not responsible for a platform’s availability, changes to its API, rejection of content, rate limits, or suspension of your platform accounts. You are responsible for maintaining any developer app or credentials you supply.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, or spam;
• violate any social platform’s terms, or attempt to evade its limits or review;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• attempt to breach, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service;
• access another customer’s data or misuse the Brand API keys.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. AI-generated content

AI features are provided as a convenience. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable; you are responsible for reviewing and for any content you choose to publish. We make no warranty regarding AI output, and its use is subject to the terms of the underlying model providers.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks (Krismo, WeYug, Dezynum), is owned by us and our licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in our intellectual property except the right to use the Service as permitted here.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any post will be accepted or remain live on a third-party platform.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any third-party platform’s terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law or platform policy. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurgaon, Haryana will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
